  • Why a case pending for new impression/model/bite for over 2 weeks will be returned?

To ensure we fabricate each case with the best quality and workmanship, all cases received from the doctors are inspected during our inbound quality control (IQC) process. During IQC, we ensure the impressions and models are accurate without voids and damages, and all necessary parts to fabricate the case are enclosed.

For cases on hold for over 2 weeks pending new impression, such as pending impression for opposing, we will return the case back to the doctor so the doctor can double check the accuracy of the original impression/model when taking new impression for opposing. This is to ensure there are no discrepancies between the original model to patient’s current oral condition, which may change over time under various circumstances.
