How can I check the status of my case?

  • You may also call customer service at (800)361-1659, however, we will proactively contact you if there are any delays.
  • If we run into any challenges with your case that needs attention, we will email or call you with case alerts based on your preferred choice of notification
  • If you opt-in to our automated call notification, our notification system will notify you if there are any case alerts, and you can call us back whenever you are available
