We are continuing to improve Arklign Case Relationship Management (aCRM) to simplify the dentist to laboratory workflow. We are excited to launch our new Remake/Repair feature that will allow you to easily create a Remake/Repair case from a previous case and track your Remake/Repair cases for all your patients. Just follow the steps below.
1. Search and open the previous patient card
2. Click “More” and select “Remake/Repair Case”
3. Select your return reason
You’ll be taken to a new prescription to choose the item you wish to remake!
4. Under “Select Product”, you’ll be able to view the previous item(s) for that case so you can easily select to add to your Item Summary Cart
5. Submit your case, print your prescription and send it to us!
